Workshops
Moira and Tony can provide a range of workshops for all ages. In the past they have worked in schools, prisons, marae, and festivals offering workshops for beginning and experienced tellers. They also offer workshops for performance poets.
Moira is currently offering a range of workshops related to the English and Maori in Mainstream curriculum documents.
These workshops can be adapted for all ages and levels including workshops for teachers, college students and alternative education students.

Where do I start with the Maori in Mainstream curriculum? (teachers)
Workshops can be tailored to meet the need of individual schools and cluster groups. Duration can vary from half day (2 ½ hours) sessions to workshops held over 3 days. Number of participants for workshops vary on the age and type of work being covered. Generally numbers range between 12-16 for children.
Cost for workshops can vary but a general guide for 2008 costs
Half day workshop (approx 21/2 hrs) $ 300
Full day workshop ( aprox 5 hours ) $600
